We will only deliver products to addresses within South Africa and accept no liability for orders placed from outside the country. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances will not constitute grounds for cancellation or claims against us.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the specified shipping address, or upon collection from our premises at 369 Umgeni Road, Greyville, Durban.

Retail returns are accepted within 7 days of collection or delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Wholesale and bulk orders are not eligible for returns due to change of mind. Defective or incorrectly supplied stock will be exchanged or credited provided we are notified within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs and the order number.

We do not provide direct warranties for the products sold on this platform. All product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers — in this case, Signoraware. For any warranty claims, repairs, or replacements, please contact us and we will facilitate communication with the manufacturer on your behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products.

The Signoraware brand and associated trademarks are the property of Signoraware India. Sky High Living operates as the authorised exclusive distributor in South Africa.

• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without proper authorisation

• Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting
