Order Collection & Refund Policy

1 Order Processing
1.1 Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. EFT payments are processed once funds reflect in our account — please use your order number as the payment reference.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders: Processing times may vary depending on order size and stock availability. Your account manager will confirm lead times when your order is placed.

1.2 Delivery

We ship nationwide via courier. Standard delivery to major cities is R90. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.

For wholesale clients, delivery terms and costs are confirmed at the time of order based on volume and destination.

1.3 Collection

Collection is available from our Greyville premises by appointment. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID. If someone is collecting on your behalf, notify us in advance and ensure they have a copy of the order confirmation.

1.4 Order Holding Period

Orders awaiting collection must be collected within 7 days of notification. After this period we will attempt to contact you using your South African mobile number. If uncollected, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus any applicable admin fees.

2 Returns & Refunds
2.1 Retail Orders — Return Eligibility

Returns on retail orders are accepted within 7 days of collection or delivery, provided the item meets the following criteria:

  • Unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2.2 Wholesale & Bulk Orders

All wholesale and bulk orders are subject to agreed terms confirmed at the time of purchase. Returns on wholesale orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders due to change of mind. Defective or incorrectly supplied stock will be exchanged or credited — please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items
  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon receipt)
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Wholesale orders returned due to change of mind
2.4 Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of collection or delivery with photos and your order number. Defective items will be exchanged subject to stock availability, or refunded at our discretion.

2.5 Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued for uncollected orders after 7 days unless pre-arranged.
